Network: Due Diligence & Responsible Business Conduct
Do you work hands-on with responsible business conduct, due diligence or supplier engagement? This network helps you navigate the practical challenges – and turn expectations into real impact.
What the network offers you
This network is for professionals who work operationally with due diligence and responsible business conduct. As a member, you’ll be part of a professional forum where you can exchange experiences, build your competencies, and strengthen your company’s approach to managing ESG-risks, compliance, due diligence and responsible business conduct – across industries and geographies.
The network helps you turn standards and expectations into practice – using tools, real-life examples and insights from peers working on similar challenges.
You’ll gain insight into how others work with:
- ESG-risk assessments across suppliers, countries and sectors
- Audits and follow-up through corrective action plans
- UN Guiding Principles and human rights
- Engagement with affected stakeholders – either directly or through relevant third parties
- Relevant anti-corruption legislation and business ethics compliance in own operations and supplier relations
- Develop business conduct policies and translate these into action across teams and suppliers
You’ll also be supported in aligning your work with international standards and frameworks such as the OECD Anti-Corruption Guidelines, EUDR (European Union Deforestation Regulation) and the evolving EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive – including how to put them into practice and meet the compliance demands that come with them.
This network is for you if you…
…work operationally with due diligence or responsible business conduct – whether your main focus is procurement, supplier engagement, due diligence or anti-corruption.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re new to the field or have worked with it for years. What matters is that you deal with responsible business conduct in own operations or the supply chain on a practical level – and want to improve your approach, exchange ideas and learn from others facing similar challenges.
Format and practicalities
The network will have four meetings per year. We typically meet in person three times and online once, depending on the topic and member preferences. Meetings are held at DI or hosted by member companies, and include expert presentations, practical case discussions and space for open, peer-to-peer dialogue.
Topics and themes are selected based on participants’ interests, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to shape the agenda together with fellow network members.
Membership is personal, and all discussions take place in a confidential and trust-based setting (Chatham House Rules).
The working language of the network will be either Danish or English, depending on the preferences and needs of the participants.
Price: DKK 9,900 excl. VAT.
This covers a 1-year membership (4 meetings).
This is a new network expected to begin in late 2025
