The Danish Industrial Partnership for Defense Related Exports to the US hereby invites Danish companies to apply for participation in Business to Business 2019 engagements with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company on 9 October.
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company is known for building the finest military aircraft in the world, including the F-16 Fighting Falcon, C-130 Hercules, and the F-35 Lighting II. Lockheed Martin is continuously seeking innovative, low-cost design and manufacturing strategies, with a focus on delivering operational readiness for customers in more than 70 countries. With two thirds of Lockheed Martin's costs residing in the supply base, suppliers play a key role in overall mission success. Within Aeronautics, the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization is responsible for approximately $11.2 billion annually (production and non-production) flowing through the supply chain, working with nearly 1,500 production suppliers and 900 non-production suppliers all over the world.
The Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team, consisting of Business Development, Program Management, and Supply Chain Management representatives, is interested in meeting with Danish companies that they have not previously met or that have additional technologies to offer to the global supply chain.
