Career Kickstarter: Meet international talent eager to build a career in Denmark

Is your company looking to hire international talent? This is your chance to tap into a talent pool of international students already living in Denmark at Career Kickstarter 2024. The event is organised by DI and Copenhagen Capacity as part of the project "Talent to a green Denmark".

The Career Kickstarter event will invite international students in Denmark to meet Danish companies in order to pursue a career in Denmark.

What is required from you? Openness and curiosity to meet international students to see what they could bring to the table at your company. If you have specific job openings or collaboration projects for the international students, it is great. 

You will be offered a stand where a couple of your colleagues can talk to the students during the two hour long meet and mingle-session. If you already have international students working in your company, it would be great to bring them to talk to their peers.

It is free to participate with a signed De Minimis declaration. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding this. 

What will you get? International students have knowledge on markets, language and culture that it is hard to find elsewhere. Often they will have a different approach to solving problems and tasks in your company. Furthermore, they are already in Denmark , enrolled at a Danish University, so they have already gained some knowledge on the Danish language and culture.
