Danish Diversity Awards 2026

For the fifth consecutive year, Goodtalks and the Confederation of Danish Industry invite you to the Danish Diversity Awards at Industriens Hus. Here, we celebrate the people and companies who dare to lead the way towards more diverse and inclusive workplaces.  

The Danish Diversity Awards are held in collaboration with several partners, each making an important contribution to strengthening diversity and inclusion in Danish workplaces.  

Goodtalks’ mission is to create a (working)-life with better balance. In 2026, Goodtalks will once again present their Special Award to a person who has made an extraordinary effort to create a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and included.  

The Danish Society of Engineers, IDA, is behind the Agnes & Betzy Award, which recognizes initiatives and individuals who work purposefully towards greater diversity and inclusion within technology and the natural sciences. Read more on IDA’s website.

The celebration will take place on Tuesday, 14 April, from 13:30 to 18:00 at Industriens Hus.
