EU’s geopolitical GLOBAL GATEWAY initiative

The Global Gateway is EU’s strategic initiative to strengthen the EU’s geopolitical role by boosting sustainable large-scale investments worldwide  within digitalization, climate and energy, transport, health and education and research.  This is done by bringing together EU Member States, EU-institutions, development finance, export credit and the private sector.

A priority in Global Gateway is accelerating the EU’s economic competitiveness, diversifying and securing more resilient supply chains and thereby creating important opportunities for European, including Danish, companies. Global Gateway is also an opportunity for Danish companies to contribute with solutions on global challenges within green and digital transition, life science, infrastructure etc.

This conference, cohosted between the EU-Commission, The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Danish Industry will unfold the Global Gateway toolbox and showcase the opportunities for Danish companies to contribute to sustainable solutions across the world through workshops, best practices and keynote speeches delivered by key stakeholders and sector experts from the European Commission, private companies, Danish authorities, DFIS and export credit agencies.
