The AidEx Nairobi conference and exhibition is a two-day, high-profile event attracting over 500 aid and development (A&D) professionals from East Africa and beyond. The conference aims to address challenges posed by funding shortfalls, explore innovative solutions to overlapping crises, and strengthen resilience for future challenges.

AidEx Nairobi returns to the Safari Park Hotel on 11–12 June 2025, drawing a distinguished audience that includes representatives from UN agencies, donors, Red Cross societies, international and local NGOs, community-based organizations (CBOs), and the private sector.

The Danish Pavilion will be strategically located in the AidEx Nairobi ballroom, ensuring high visibility throughout the conference. Participating companies can choose between a 6 sqm stand-alone space or a 3 sqm space in a shared booth.

To enhance your participation, the DI East Africa office will arrange relevant meetings for attending companies. With extensive experience supporting private sector initiatives in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Burundi, DI collaborates with Danish and local businesses, authorities, and NGOs to foster meaningful partnerships.
