The East African Humanitarian Summit (EAHS) is Africa's longest-established humanitarian conference and exhibition, held at the UN complex in Nairbobi.

The summit brings together more than 600 participants and 80+organizations, including:

International NGOs (Red Cross, MSF, Save the Children, etc.)

Price and package details

Participation is priced at DKK 16,500 per company incl. 2 participants and includes a Bronze Package at EAHS Nairobi. Companies may choose to upgrade their package if relevant.

The Bronze package provides entry-level sponsor visibility and association with the East African Humanitarian Summit. It includes:

Digital visibility: Logo on the event website (Bronze section) with link, inclusion in the digital post-event guide, and exposure in event emails
On-site branding: Logo featured on event banners and on the main LED screen before and after plenary sessions
Event materials: Company profile (name, logo, and 50-word description) in the event guide, as well as an A5 company advertisement
Access & networking: Full access to the entire event, including presentations by UN agencies and NGOs, panel sessions, and the afternoon Procurement Zone (matchmaking)
