Using Smart Solutions to Achieve Green Growth
Danish Cleantech Hub China and the China Academy of Urban Planning & Design welcome you to join the annual China-Denmark City Dialogue conference on 19 June in Beijing.
We cordially invite participants interested in all aspects of sustainable city development to take part in our discussions, and to learn about the latest trends and solutions shaping urban planning today.
By highlighting new initiatives from both Denmark and China, the goal of the conference is to provide inspiration to policy makers, businesses and researchers. China, being the focal point of the discussions, is urbanizing at unprecedented speed. Urban planners are facing pressing challenges when it comes to integrating novel technologies and eco standards into populated urban areas.
Consequently, the conference will focus on how the government and business sectors can co-create solutions by examining two interconnected themes:
- How smart planning creates incentives for developing innovative solutions
- How companies drive green growth through innovation
Top keynote speakers will address the two themes based on cases within urban livability, climate resiliency, new energy vehicles, automated green development etc.
