Bharatia has been established by the Indian Government as the operational organization to materialize huge investments in a broad range of sectors from to transform India to a sustainable future.
This includes water, energy, waste, food processing, logistics, housing and city development, and advanced manufacturing - throughout India.
Part of the financing will come from the Climate and Energy Transition Finance Initiative (CEFTI) launched in New Delhi in 2023 during India´s G20 Presidency. The ambition is a fund of more 6 trillion USD for investment in India and the global south.
