Indicate your interest in participating in Seafood Japan 2027
Danish Industry and the Danish Embassy in Tokyo are considering organizing a joint business delegation to Japan for Danish, Greenlandic, and Faroese seafood and equipment companies in the first quarter of 2027.
We have already received confirmation of a subsidy from the Danish Trade Council, and we would like to assess whether there is sufficient interest in such an initiative before we commence the planning phase.
Why Japan?
Japan is one of the world’s largest and most quality-conscious markets for fish and seafood. The country is increasingly dependent on imported raw materials and technological solutions that can support modernization, efficiency, and sustainability. This creates opportunities for businesses supplying high-quality products, processing equipment, or innovative solutions to the fisheries and aquaculture sector.
What are we proposing?
If there is sufficient interest, we will organize a targeted delegation visit to Tokyo, Aomori, and Hokkaido.
The programme will include tailored B2B meetings, visits to local companies, market insight sessions, and networking events. If this is something you would consider participating in, we kindly ask you to register your interest by clicking the link below no later than 6 June 2026.
We have prepared a draft programme, and we expect the price to be approximately 25,000-30,000 DKK + VAT after deduction of subsidy from the Danish Trade Council.
