Danish Pavilion at Avesui Expo 2025 in Brazil

Avesui is the benchmark for the Pig and Poultry Primary Production in Latin America. Join the Danish Pavilion at the fair in May 2025 in Medianeira, Parana – Brazil. The expo is relevant for solution providers within poultry and pig primary production, slurry management/biogas, grain and feed production, aquaculture and sustainable agriculture solutions. We offer a delegation programme taking place 26-29 May 2025, which includes an introductory meeting day (26 May) and the official 3 fair days (27-29 May).

The exhibition

• Avesui is an annual trade fair for technologies to the Poultry and Pig primary production solutions, Feed, Slurry Management and Agriculture, held at the heart of the most productive area for animal protein in the world, hosting the largest agro-industries and cooperatives in the poultry and swine sectors. 
• Increasing investments are attracting major companies to this region, making it the biggest meeting point for the sector in Latin America. Avesui is a business showcase filled with innovations, launches, and new solutions and services that can take your company to the next level, where production and decision makers are united.  It will be 3 days of extensive networking, visibility, and closed deals.
• The main topics of Avesui includes technologies and innovations in the primary sector.  Here, Danish solutions providers with sustainable solutions that can reduce climate and environmental impacts, food waste and loss as well as increase bio-security in the primary sector will be in high demand. 
• As Brazil is among the world's leading meat exporters, the potential for Danish companies within the sector is enormous. The fair expects to host more than 50 exhibitors, more than 20,000 m² of exhibition area, more than 12,000 visitors and includes programs with Technical Content with the Brazilian Congress of precision in animal production.

Monday 26 May 2025: 

10 AM at the Hotel – Opening Meeting with a presentation from the co-organisers the DAFC, DI and Danish Consulate General about cooperation/MOU between Denmark and Brazil within Food and Agriculture Sustainable Value Chains.  Includes insights regarding a possible EU Free-trade Agreement and participation of Danish Companies on side events to COP 30 in Belem this year.

11 AM – Tentative program with Agraria Team and ambitious investment plan on the Poultry Sector for Danish Companies to offer their solutions adding to their current business.

12 AM – Round off and possibility of own visit to Iguacu Water Falls and own Lunch at the Cataratas Restaurant (associated costs on own account).

Tuesday 27 May – Thursday 29 May 2025:

Participation at Avesui expo (located at LAR Centro de Eventos – Av. 24 de Outubro, 59 – Medianeira / Parana – Brazil).

Apart from the possible coordination and connection by the Trade Council of Denmark in Brazil between relevant stakeholders and Danish Companies, the program is expected to include related panels in the Fair and an exclusive session to the cooperation between Brazil and Denmark itself providing each Danish Company a 15-minute presentation to the large audience free of charge.

The Trade Council of Denmark in Brazil will free of charge assist with translation and networking on B2B meetings during the Fair with local producers and customers, where possible and based on availability.
