WHY JOIN THE EXPO?

In 2022, PACK EXPO INTERNATIONAL in Chicago will be the world’s largest packaging trade show, featuring 45,000 attendees from across 40+ vertical indus-tries. 2,500 exhibitors will showcase their latest packag-ing solutions and launch new products. The attendees will include high-ranking representatives from a wide range of consumer packaged goods’ companies (CPGs), retailers, and other end-users.
It is the fourth time, the Confederation of Danish Industry in co-operation with Danish Export Association organizes a Danish Pavilion at the most im-portant exhibition for the packaging industry in the Americas.

WHY JOIN A DANISH PAVILION

The pavilion is a turnkey solution providing you with a platform to present your company and products as well as practical advantages in terms of planning and participation in the exhibition. The pavilion will be ready for you one day prior to exhibition start.
Being part of a joint pavilion is a more effective and cost effi-cient way for your company to attract potential customers. It also offers possibilities for network-ing and opportunities to exchange knowledge with other exhibitors with similar interests in the Americas.
The Danish Pavilion is a walk-on concept with a strong na-tional identity. All walls will feature wall-to-wall prints of product photos and your company logo printed on the front .

• A turnkey solution for your company with a walk-on stand fully equipped with counters, chairs, tables, shelves, lightning, wall-to-wall prints, and access to shared storage room
• Coordination of services provided by the exhibition organizers, including exhibition catalogue
• Coordination of joint freight, customs clearance, hotel reservations and travel proposal
• Confederation of Danish Industry will provide assistance in all aspects related to your participation

PRICE & REGISTRATION

The 75 per cent funding from The Trade Council has already been approved and deducted the price. Maximum DKK 75,000 (up to 100 sq feet) funding per company. Your company can join the exhibition by signing up for one of the following area options: 25,000 DKK excl. VAT for a 100 sq feet booth (9.3 sqm) 62,500 DKK excl. VAT for a 150 sq feet booth (13.9 sqm)
All areas include basic meeting furniture; table, chairs and a lockable counter, prints on all walls, lighting as well as access to a shared storage room with fridge, water dispenser and coffee machine.
