Ukrainian Youth Talents Conference

The Confederation of Danish Industry, the Danish Ukraine Business Council, and BevarUkraine invite you to a focused afternoon event about Ukrainian talent in Denmark and the potential it holds for Danish companies.

Through their Leadership Academy for Youth, BevarUkraine has worked with a large group of young Ukrainians in Denmark with strong professional profiles, excellent English skills, and, in many cases, relevant work experience. The talent pool includes competencies within IT, design, management, finance, marketing, media, and engineering, with 72% having previous work experience.

At the same time, we know that many young Ukrainians still remain outside the labor market or are employed in positions below their qualifications. For companies operating in Ukraine, companies considering engagement in Ukraine, or companies with specific recruitment needs, it is therefore relevant to take a closer look at this talent group.

At the event, the focus will be on:

• The potential of the young profiles and the skills they bring
• The typical barriers companies encounter in recruitment and integration
• Concrete company experiences with hiring Ukrainian profiles in Denmark
• Targeted matchmaking between companies and participants

Based on registrations, participating companies will receive participant profiles in advance to support more relevant and targeted conversations during the matchmaking segment.
