AidEx 2023 - The Global Humanitarian Aid Event
The Confederation of Danish Industry and The Danish Trade Council invite you to exhibit at the Danish National Pavilion at AidEx 2023 – the world’s largest humanitarian aid and development exhibition.
Each year more than 2,500 representatives of the humanitarian aid community from more than 65 countries attend the AidEx event to exchange ideas and browse the latest solutions from the private sector. For two days in October, the private sector, government officials and NGOs will meet, network, and discuss in Geneva, Switzerland.
This year, AidEx will take place in Palexpo, Geneva, close to the headquarters of some of the largest humanitarian aid organisations in the world, such as International Red Cross, and several United Nation programmes, and funds. We expect high level attendance from these organisations and national NGOs, alongside government officials and ministers. The organising team will coordinate visits to the Danish pavilion for relevant procurement officials to enhance the possibility to make beneficial connections.
The Danish pavilion will have a prominent position, close to/surrounding the main pathway through the exhibition that offers good visibility. Inside the pavilion, each company will have an individually designated space. The pavilion will also have a furnished shared area for meetings. The organising team will provide refreshments throughout the days and have a continuous presence at the pavilion.
WHY EXHIBIT?
The aim of the event is to facilitate dialogue between professionals within humanitarian aid, engaging every level of the sector. AidEx is an opportunity to show the aid and development community how your company can help improve the efficiency and delivery of aid or make a difference for those in need. Other exhibiting organisations will be in the fields of logistics, communications, medical, shelter, W.A.S.H and technology suppliers alongside international NGOs, associations, and media. The AidEx exhibition covers the full aid and development supply chain and is the central marketplace for the community.
