AidEx Geneve 2025
Join the Danish Pavillon at the world’s leading humanitarian aid and disaster relief event, AidEx 2025. This event offers an opportunity to showcase how your company can enhance the efficiency and delivery of aid or make a significant impact on those in need.

Each year, more than 3,000 representatives from the humanitarian aid community across over 90 countries attend AidEx to exchange ideas and explore the latest solutions from the private sector. Over two days in October, professionals from the private sector, government, INGOs, and NGOs will convene in Geneva, Switzerland, to network and discuss pressing issues.
AidEx 2025 will be held at Palexpo in Geneva, strategically located near the headquarters of major humanitarian organizations such as the International Red Cross and various United Nations agencies. We anticipate substantial participation from these entities, as well as from international NGOs, government officials, donors, and foundations. The Danish Pavilion serves as a platform to connect with relevant procurement officials, enhancing the potential for beneficial collaborations.
The Danish Pavilion will occupy a prominent position, adjacent to the main thoroughfare of the exhibition, ensuring high visibility. Each participating company will have an individually designated space within the pavilion, which will also feature a storage area and access to refreshments throughout the event.
