Strategic Collaborations

This initiative aims to strengthen Danish-Polish biogas relations by supporting Polish investments in new technologies. The event is expected to lead to the establishment of five major biogas plants in Poland, backed by a combined investment exceeding DKK 2 billion.

The biogas push in Poland is set to deliver significant environmental and economic benefits, including:

• CO2 Reduction: An estimated annual reduction of 20-25 million tons of CO2 from the agriculture and energy sectors.
• Job Creation: Approximately 700 new jobs in local communities.
• Export Growth: A boost in Danish exports, with an expected value of at least DKK 500 million, and increased recognition of Danish biogas solutions.
