Please save the date for the Cities & Business Forum on 10 October 2019. Prior to this, we are hosting a pre-meeting on 25 April 2019, where you can learn more about the forum connecting cities and businesses.

9-12 October this year, Copenhagen will host the 7th C40 Mayor Summit assembling mayors, officials and CEOs from all over the world to steer the action on climate change and define the future of sustainable cities. The Confederation of Danish Industry (DI), C40 and the City of Copenhagen invite you and your organisation to take part in the Cities & Business Forum on Thursday 10 October – a one-day event focusing on the businesses’ role in fighting climate change at a city level.

The C40 initiative is a global network of megacities committed to addressing climate change and delivering on the most ambitious goals of the Paris Agreement at local level. Since 2005, the initiative has grown to consist of 96 cities in 49 countries, representing more than 700 million citizens and one quarter of the global economy.

This year’s summit in Copenhagen will have a significant and unique focus on integration of the business environment as well as the citizens living in and using our cities.
