Joint Defence Export Event in Latvia and Lithuania

Join a 3-day export event in Latvia and Lithuania arranged by DI Danish Defence and Security Industries Association and The Royal Danish Embassies in Vilnius and Riga - December 7-9 2022.

In collaboration with The Royal Danish Embassies in Vilnius and Riga, we are pleased to invite you to take part in a joint export event to explore the possibilities for intensifying all aspects of Danish-Lithuanian and Latvian defence cooperation. The event will allow leading Danish companies to present themselves, to meet Lithuanian and Latvian counterparts and to establish new contacts to key decision-makers in Lithuania and Latvia.

For decades, Denmark has had a close defence cooperation with the Baltic countries, and due to the geopolitical situation, Denmark is currently even stronger engaged in both countries. Both Latvia and Lithuania have decided to raise defence spendings. Latvia has decided to reach 2.5% of GDP in 2025, while Lithuania has raised defence spendings to 2.52% of GDP in 2022. This is creating opportunities for also strengthening industry cooperation in the fields of defence and security.

Networking & B2B

There will be plenty of opportunities to network with relevant counterparts from the industry and key decision-makers in Lithuania and Latvia. Companies can bring booklets; roll-ups and other marketing materials for the B2B-sessions. Each Danish company will have a round meeting table. If you have requests on who you would like to meet from Latvia and Lithuania during the event, don’t hesitate to get in contact with the embassies in Riga and Vilnius:
