Delegation: Denmark–Türkiye EPC & Third Country Cooperation Forum
In collaboration with the Turkish Contractors Association, we invite Danish companies to a two-day program in Ankara to meet leading Turkish EPC contractors active in Africa and other third-country markets.
The Trade Council of Denmark in Türkiye, the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (TBC), Impact Fund Denmark, and Danish Industry invite companies to participate in this targeted program, offering direct access to Turkish EPCs and opportunities for sustainable business collaborations.
The delegation will take place 28–29 April 2026. The program includes presentations from both Danish and Turkish sides, networking opportunities, and tailored B2B meetings. This delegation offers a unique chance to gain direct insight into how Turkish EPCs operate, establish contacts with key contractors, and benefit from the synergies of a collective Danish EPC initiative.
The program aligns with the Danish government’s focus on strengthening engagement in Africa and emphasizes a partnership approach to markets that may be new to many Danish participants.

Why Collaborate with Turkish EPC Companies?
Turkish EPCs (engineering, procurement, and construction companies) are among the largest globally, both in number and market share. They are particularly active in surrounding regions and are rapidly expanding into Africa.
In 2023, Turkish EPCs executed approximately 1,900 infrastructure projects in Africa, totaling over USD 85 billion, and this number continues to grow as Turkey strengthens its ties with African nations.
These companies are involved in a wide range of projects, including:
- Transport & Energy: Railways, roads, and power plants
- Water: Water treatment facilities
- Healthcare: Hospitals and clinics
- Buildings: Residential and office buildings
- Industry: Industrial plants
Danish companies can offer sustainable solutions - and the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (TBC) as well as Impact Fund Denmark can offer financing options, creating significant opportunities to partner on these projects.
