Information Meeting on Corporate Activities at the Energy Efficiency Solutions Forum 2022 in Sønderborg
The Confederation of Danish Industry is delighted to invite you to an information meeting on February 11th from 8:00 – 9:00 on the corporate activities at the Energy Efficiency Forum 2022 in Sønderborg. The Solutions Forum is held from June 7th – 9th 2022 in connection with the International Energy Agency’s (IEA) 7th Annual Global Conference on Energy Efficiency
IEA’s Annual Global Conference on Energy Efficiency brings together ministers, CEOs and high-level decision-makers from governments, industry, and civil society to explore how international ambition on energy efficiency can be translated into real-world implementation and progress. In 2019, the conference had an audience of 400 participants from more than 50 countries. This year’s conference will have a special focus on the implementation of EE-solutions over the next 5-10 years to achieve net zero emissions.
The Energy Efficiency Solutions Forum around the conference provides a broader platform to promote Danish EE-solutions to an international audience. The Solutions Forum is a joint initiative by the Danish Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities, Danfoss, State of Green and The Confederation of Danish Industry.
At the information meeting, we will provide you with background information on the platform for corporate participation with two main activities:
- An ExperiencE-exhibition with company cases, presenting Danish EE-solutions applied in Denmark and around the world.
- A business conference with parallel sessions to discuss how energy efficiency technology in different sectors is a key solution to reduce CO2-emissions and combat climate change.
At the information meeting you will have the opportunity to provide feedback to the planned activities and come forward with your ideas for the concept development.
