Energy Conference in Kiel with participation of HM King Frederik X
Carbon, Capture, and Storage (CCS), Green Hydrogen is gaining growing attention in Germany. Simultaneously Germany is a key market for export of Danish green energy solutions.
HM King Frederik X and HM Queen Mary are visiting the German President in Berlin and the Danish minority in Schleswig-Holstein. On this occasion an energy conference in Kiel on Hydrogen and Carbon, Capture & Storage is organised by DI in cooperation with the Embassy of Denmark in Berlin and Danish Energy Export.
Danish Industry, the Embassy in Berlin, and Danish Energy Export are organising a two-part event focusing on H2 and CCS market ramp-up, including the needed infrastructure between Germany and Denmark.

The first event will take place in Kiel in Schleswig-Holstein Tuesday 22 October. The day will focus on political exchanges on the regulation and infrastructure needed, as well as how Danish and German private stakeholders can work together in scaling up the green transition, including:
- The potential for large German emitters to store CO2 in Danish Storage facilities
- Different options for transportation and infrastructure for CO2 and H2
Schleswig-Holstein is the entryway to Germany and Europe. Kiel is an ideal location to meet, as the government of Schleswig-Holstein is crucial for decision making regarding CCS and H2 infrastructure development between Germany and Denmark.

The price is calculated based on 8 participating companies and a 50 pct. subsidy granted by the Danish Trade Council. Registration is binding. If the number of participating companies change, we reserve the right to offer participation at a different price. Should this result in a higher price than the one quoted you have the right to cancel your participation.
