Critical Energy Infrastructure in Poland

Exclusive roundtable event between policymakers and businesses from Poland and Denmark

As Poland continues to modernize its infrastructure amidst heightened geopolitical and economic challenges, the protection of critical infrastructure has become a strategic priority. This includes securing offshore wind farms, energy grids, and industrial supply chains. Resilience in these areas is essential not only for national security but also for sustained economic growth.

Denmark is internationally recognized for its expertise in developing innovative and sustainable solutions for infrastructure resilience. Poland has strong expertise in development of security applications for industries. Through collaboration, Danish and Polish industries can provide advanced solutions directly addressing the challenges of a secure and resilient energy infrastructure.

Therefore, The Royal Danish Embassy in Warsaw and Danish Industry are organising a one-day event in Poland, led by Morten Bødskov, Danish Minister for Industry, Business and Financial Affairs and Krzysztof Paszczyk, Polish Minister of Economic Development and Technology. The event will bring together policymakers, business leaders, and industry experts from both countries.

The meeting will discuss challenges and solutions in the interface of energy infrastructure and security – an agenda that plays into the multi-layered defence cooperation regarding Baltic Sea security.
