LIGHT+BUILDING 2022

JOIN THE DANISH PAVILION IN THE HALL FOR DECORATIVE LIGHTING AT LIGHT + BUILDING 2022

Light + Building in Frankfurt is the world’s leading trade fair for the lighting and building services technology. The fair attracts 220,000 visitors from 177 countries annually. Among the visitors are essential stakeholders and decision-makers such as relevant designers, retailers, wholesalers, installers, electricians and much more.

The Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) is organizing a Danish Pavilion at the Light + Building fair taking place at the Messe Frankfurt Exhibition Hall in 2022. The Danish Pavilion offers a walk-on platform striving to showcase Danish products and solutions within modern design lighting.

DI has secured 143 sqm at a particularly attractive place in the exhibition hall focusing on Decorative Lighting with limited number of exhibitors. Here seven Danish participating companies are offered a walk-on platform, which is set up prior to the fair for the exhibiting companies. Essentially, DI offers a unique opportunity for Danish companies to exhibit at Light + Building fair, while also saving time and resources in the planning phase.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

  • A walk-on platform for seven companies on a 143 sqm pavilion with your own area and access to shared meeting facilities. You can showcase your products in both areas
  • The Confederation of Danish Industry will provide assistance in all aspects related to your participation including services provided by the exhibition.

COVID–19

The Danish Pavilion adheres to the necessary precautions that come along with events and we adjust the number of participants to comply with good social distance practices, taking the measures of COVID-19 into consideration.

THE FINE PRINT

Please note that only a limited number of companies can participate. Due to the limited space and availability it is on a first-come, first-served basis.The price is based on an already approved 75 per cent funding from The Trade Council. If not enough companies are signed up, we will not be able to offer participation at the mentioned price.If the price ends up higher, your registration will not be binding and you can choose to opt out. To receive funding from The Trade Council you will need to sign up with your Danish VAT number and you Danish HQ will be invoiced.

SAVE TIME AND MONEY ON ATA CARNETS

The Confederation of Danish Industry’s Chamber of Commerce can help you and your company with an ATA Carnet. As a member you will save 50 per cent of the price. The ATA Carnet is a document   permitting temporary duty-free and tax-free export and import of goods (up to one year). Using a carnet is the easiest way to speed through customs and save money.
