Plant Based World Expo Europe 2023 is the only exhibition entirely focusing on plantbased products. It is the largest B2B event in Europe dedicated to connecting plant-based brands with a wide audience of retailers, food service profes-sionals and community influencers!
As an exhibitor at the Pavilion of Denmark, you will have:

Price

For the different sizes, the prices are:

Shared Start-Up area with Plantebranchen: DKK 17,750
6 M2; DKK 28,499
9 M2: DKK 42,599
12M2: DKK 61,499

The price is based upon 10 participating companies and an expected approved 50 per cent funding from the Danish Trade Council. If the funding from the Trade Council is not approved and/or if the number of participating companies changes, we reserve the right to offer you participation at a different price. Should this result in a higher price than quoted, you have the right to cancel your participation free of charge.

By signing up you agree that you will participate physically at the event with a company representative or a local partner. After you have signed up you can cancel your participation free of charge up until the time of the deadline. After the deadline your registration is considered 100 per cent binding. If you cancel your participation after the deadline you will still be invoiced for the event but you will not be eligible to receive funding from the Trade Council. This means that the price for not participating is double the price for participating.
