Smart Country Convention in Germany 2019

WHY JOIN THE SMART COUNTRY CONVENTION?

Smart Country Convention 2019 convenes 10.000 participants from the German public and private sectors to meet under the slogan “Digitize Public Services”. It is a combination of a trade fair and conferences and will provide opportunities to present your company’s solutions.  The attendees will include high ranking representatives and decision makers from all over Germany. 

The Danish Pavilion is open to companies in all sectors of business with interest in the growing market for digitization of the German public sector. 

Digitization is on the top of the agenda in Germany, which makes an opportunity for Danish companies in many areas of business, especially smart government, smart energy and water, healthcare and education technology– edu-tech.  

Therefore, the Confederation of Danish Industry, in cooperation with the Danish Embassy and Trade Council in Berlin, will arrange a joint Danish Pavilion at the Smart Country Convention in 2019 based on the good experiences at the Smart Country Convention in 2018, when Denmark was partner country. 

WHY JOIN A DANISH PAVILION

The Danish Pavilion is a turnkey solution providing you with a platform to present your company and product/solutions as well as practical advantages in terms of planning and participation in the exhibition. The pavilion will be ready for you one day prior to the exhibition start.

YOU WILL GET 

By joining the Danish Pavilion you will get:

• A turnkey solution for your company with a walk-on stand equipped with chairs, tables, lighting, prints and access to storage room.
• Coordination of services provided by the exhibition organizers including exhibition catalogue.
• Coordination of hotel reservations and travel proposal by BCD Travel.
• Exhibiter Networking Evening
• Confederation of Danish Industry and the Danish Embassy and Trade Council in Germany will provide assistance in all aspects related to your participation.   

Price: 31,000  DKK excl. VAT based on 15 participating companies.

The price is based on an already approved 50 per cent subsidy from The Danish Trade Council.
