Program

  • Inclusion, diversity and allyship in the workplace

    Dr. Poornima Luthra

Poornima will share her research and challenge our thoughts on inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
Together, we will investigate our unconscious bias - training about the physocological aspects as well as concrete tools to detect and act upon bias. Are we curious about being able to identify and handle own biases or are we interested in identifying and handling others biases?
You will also be provided with concrete tools on how to foster an inclusive environment in the workplace – creating change through micro actions.

  • Biases

    Ask Agger, CEO at Workz

The core premise when working with bias is that we can only understand our world based on what we already know about it. Our ability to observe and act is based on past experiences and expectations, and thereby by definition subjective and biased. In this session we use George Lakoff and Daniel Kahneman as inspiration as we explore the concept of framing and the many ways that our behavior is impacted by bias.
Ask is CEO at Workz A/S, a change agency that are specialized in strategy activation, culture transformation, leadership development and game-based learning.
