DI’s Leadership Excellence Course is primarily targeted at managers with personnel responsibilities. If you don’t manage employees but still have a leadership role, you might want to consider the course "Ledelse af kolleger – når du ikke har personaleansvar." This course is designed to help leaders who rely on others' efforts, input, and sense of responsibility but don’t have the authority to command.

It can enhance the learning outcomes if you can attend with one or more colleagues from your company. During and after the leadership development process, you can use each other as sparring partners and help each other apply your new skills.

The course is structured with the understanding that you have a busy schedule. It consists of six modules. The first five modules, held over five months, includes three 2-day modules (Modules 1, 2, and 5) and two 3-day modules (Modules 3 and 4). There is then a 5–6-month gap before the sixth module, which lasts 1½ days. In total, the course spans 13½ days over approximately one year.
Between modules, you will practice the tools introduced in your daily work, and when we meet again, we will share our experiences.

The price for DI's Leadership Excellence Course is DKK 58,900 excluding VAT. The fee covers meals, course materials, and accommodation at DI’s conference centre, where the course takes place.
