Webinar: Code of Conduct in your company’s value chains

Why?

Many companies are currently considering how they can best exercise and demonstrate responsible business conduct within their own company and how they can ensure that their suppliers and other partners live up to the same high standards. With a clear Code of Conduct, companies can build trust with customers, suppliers, and investors, as well as strengthen their reputation in society.

Do you have a Code of Conduct?

Some companies already have a Code of Conduct for "own operations" and/or for "supply chain/business partners" – in both situations, a code of conduct governs how they practice responsible business conduct socially, ethically and environmentally. Perhaps you are in the process of revising your existing Code of Conducts based on the latest developments in ESG legislation. Or maybe you are just starting your journey towards developing and implementing your company’s first Code of Conducts.  

No matter where you are in the process, many questions can arise along the way – e.g., which department within your organization should be responsible for the Code of Conduct? Should you include the use of IT and artificial intelligence in your Code of Conduct? How and to what extent should you take into consideration the numerous requirements in the new ESG legislation (e.g. CSRD and CSDDD) in your Code of Conduct? 

The webinar is primarily aimed at sustainability, legal, compliance, HR managers and similar roles who are responsible for designing a Code of Conduct in their company.
