The meeting gives an overview and an update of the dynamic green transition in Finland and the strong market opportunities for Danish companies as well as an opportunity to engage in a direct discussion with Finland’s Minister of Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, Mr. Ville Skinnari, and leading Finnish and Danish companies.

The aim of the meeting is to show the potential for Finnish-Danish cooperation, taking a starting point with the green transition in the renewable energy markets and the development in the Baltic Sea.

The Finnish Minister, Mr. Ville Skinnari, will give his perspective on energy policy in Finland and the EU. Both Finland and Denmark have ambitious plans for a green energy transition. What does it mean in real investments? Where are the possible areas of further collaboration in renewables and energy efficient solutions? And where can we jointly inspire and engage with third countries?

A panel of business leaders will present their companies, and we will look at green investments in Finland and the Baltic Sea Region, including the new Danish energy islands. It will be possible to ask questions via the chat function.
