Connected Women In AI årsmøde

AI access is scaling faster than organisational capability.

Across organisations, similar investments in AI are producing very different outcomes. Some are building capability across their workforce and translating AI into business value. Others remain dependent on a relatively small group of specialists and early adopters.

At the CWAI Annual Summit 2026, 300+ senior leaders, board members and AI decision-makers will come together to examine one critical question:

What does it take to turn AI access into capability at scale?

Through new research and perspectives from leaders and global enterprises including Carlsberg Group and Volvo Group, we will explore what prevents AI capability from scaling, where responsibility sits, and what leaders, boards, and society need to do differently to address this.

The summit will also mark the launch of CWAI’s new activation platform - a concrete response to these insights, designed to help organisations move people from access to participation, and ultimately build AI capability at scale.

Expect new evidence, candid leadership conversations and concrete perspectives on one of the defining organisational challenges of the AI era.
