Are you ready to embrace the quantum technology revolution?
Are you ready to embrace the quantum revolution?
- business opportunities and cybersecurity
The technological development within quantum technology is advancing at a rapid pace. The opportunities previously presented by quantum companies as future business potentials are now manifesting in concrete use cases within finance, transportation, and cybersecurity. The presentations we heard two years ago regarding expectations for quantum technology are now being replaced by presentations of actual achieved results.
Quantum technology provides companies with an opportunity to thoroughly review their data, algorithms, and security measures and explore what quantum technology can contribute to their business development and protection of trade secrets.
On one hand, quantum technology opens new business opportunities for the corporate sector through advanced computational capabilities – for example, faster trades in banks, more efficient logistics, and more competitive prices on energy and freight rates. On the other hand, quantum technology challenges companies' cybersecurity, especially through methods such as 'Harvest now, decrypt later'. We will, among other things, discuss concepts such as post-quantum cryptography, quantum key distribution and quantum communications.
