The Danish Energy Industries Federation (DI Energy)
The Danish Energy Industries Federation (DI Energy) is part of the Confederation of Danish Industry, Denmark’s largest private business organisation.
DI Energy represents over 600 companies across the value chain of energy:
- Extraction, production, transmission, and distribution of energy
- Manufacturing and development of energy technologies and solutions
- Planning, engineering, trade, and advisory services in energy
The members of DI Energy represent a wide range of energy technologies such as wind, bioenergy, solar, district heating, energy efficiency in buildings and industry, oil and gas.
DI Energy’s members are also engaged in sector coupling, harvesting synergies between energy forms and technologies through Power-to-X, green mobility, energy storage, digitalization, and other cutting-edge solutions.
DI Energy attends to the political and business interests of the energy industry at national and European level. We work to promote the business conditions for green energy solutions through a favourable policy framework promoting the green transition, a strong innovation and development agenda for the energy industry, as well as international linkages that promote collaboration, trade, and investment across borders.
