Member benefits

Advice on HR legislation

DI is your external HR partner. Leading Danish experts on employment law will keep you up to date on new rules and regulations on for instance holidays and maternity leave.

We assist you on employment contracts, dismissals and local agreements as well as mediation and legal aid.  You can also get advice on working environment including workplace assessment, legislation and response to authority orders as well as guidance on recruitment of foreign labour.

Networks, sectors and associations

DI connects more than 20,000 members.

Our networks and conferences give you the opportunity to benchmark and share experiences with colleagues in your own sector – and to get inspiration from outside – while our sector associations offer news, advice and cash member benefits.

Access to new markets

DI’s offices worldwide will assist you when entering new markets.

We help you find new business partners abroad, and DI's Chamber of Commerce helps you handle regulations and documentation related to export.

Courses and training

We offer courses and training on the latest topics within HR, employment law, collective agreements, management, productivity, automation and digitalisation.

Both long-term and short-term training courses are available in areas relevant to your company.

Political influence and protection of political interests

Through various committees and associations DI members have a direct impact on DI’s views on everything from chemistry legislation to local infrastructure, procurement and competition law, waste management, and e-commerce.

The mandates given to DI by our members enable us to use our influence towards politicians and other stakeholders.
