The Danish Dairy Employers´ Association (Mejeribrugets Arbejdsgiverforening) was established in 1972.
The majority of all Danish dairy companies are members of Mejeribrugets Arbejdsgiverforening.

On 1. of July 2012 MA as well as the member dairies became members om Confederation of Danish Industries (DI).

Within the dairy sector we are responsible for:

• negotiating collective agreements on salary and working conditions
• dispute settlement concerning conditions of employment
• general politics on health and safety
• the various educational initiatives involving training in the field of dairy tecnology (skilled dairymen, further vocational training of dairy employees in general, producttechnicians and dairy engineers)
