More Women in Consulting (MWiC) works to strengthen initiatives for gender equality across consultancy levels and companies. Through data, insights, online and physical meetings and events, the goal is to share experiences in a confidential setting.

At this first event of the year, we will examine the general state of equality and focus on 'the female partner' as a theme. How can we ensure that talent is translated into leadership roles? 

We will dive into: 

• A sneak peek at the State of Equality survey 
• Key challenges, from recruiting to retention and promotion 
• Inputs and initiatives from your own workplace that others can learn from
