More Women in Consulting Summer Summit

Join us for an afternoon of insights, discussions, and networking across the consulting industry.

How do we create consulting careers where more women can see themselves, grow - and reach the top?

At the More Women in Consulting Summer Summit, we bring together leaders, consultants and key voices from across the consulting industry to share insights, research and experiences on women’s career progression in consulting.

The summit builds on the work of the More Women in Consulting network and the first insights from our State of Equality survey. We will explore what the data tells us about women’s career paths - and what consulting firms can do to create more inclusive and attractive routes to leadership.

The ambition is not only to identify the challenges. It is to move the conversation towards what works: concrete actions, behaviours, structures and leadership practices that participants can bring back and use in their own organisations.

The summit is for consulting firms, leaders and members of the More Women in Consulting network who want to contribute to a more equal and sustainable consulting industry.
