DI’s processing of your personal information
To collect and administer Power of Attorneys DI processes your personal information.
The information we collect and process is your general information: Your name, your title, your company and your email address.
According to the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6.1 litra f, processing of personal information is legal in respect to the completion of a General Assembly or similar.
When submitting a Power of Attorney DI processes your personal information for two years. DI shares your information with DI’s Associations when relevant in connection to specific Power of Attorneys.
You have the right to request access to the personal information DI processes on you. Also, you have the right to request DI to correct, erase or restrict the processing of your information, as well as you have the right to transfer your data (data portability). Finally, you have the right to raise an objection towards DI or complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency on the processing of your data.
