Aligning organization as well as business and management processes with strategy is another of my key competencies hence an exceptional ability to always identify the best way strategically. I simply have extensive experience with creating and unlocking growth. This naturally translates into a broad variety of commercial excellence disciplines. It also means experience with transformational change programs and not least building capacity and capability within leadership, team, and organization to grow.
