Copenhagen Defence Industry Day 2023 takes place on August 22. Come join a new annual event where networking, knowledge exchange, B2B & G2B will be in focus!
What can I expect?
Copenhagen Defence Industry Day (CDID) is a new event organized by DI Danish Defence and Security Industry Association (DI FOS) in collaboration with CenSec, Danish Chamber of Commerce, Naval Team Denmark and Danish Maritime. The event will take place annually the day before DALO Industry Days, and thus kick-start a week where the Danish defence industry is in focus.
We expect to attract around 250 participants from Denmark and abroad who will discuss relevant policy issues, defence matters and industry aspects. The event will thus offer a great opportunity to gain new insights and to meet and network with leaders of the defence industry, and to discuss with and gain knowledge from high-level decision-makers from the Danish Ministry of Defence, the armed forces, universities, and a wide range of defence companies.
The event will give companies and universities the opportunity to exhibit and show case innovative solutions which we hope will encourage networking B2B and G2B. Furthermore, the event will consist of a conference part where we have attracted interesting speakers to discuss three main topics.

Lotte Mejlhede as moderator
CDID 2023 will be moderated by Lotte Mejlhede. Lotte Mejlhede is an international Correspondent working at TV2/Denmark. She is currently covering international defence and security policy, including NATO and the Arctic. Until recently she was based in Brussels reporting on a wide range of European topics, including EU, Brexit and NATO.
What do I need to know?
The event will take place on August 22 2023 at Scandic Copenhagen, Vester Søgade 6, Copenhagen V.
The event will start at 09.00 am with a light breakfast and coffee and end at 10.00 pm after a drinks receptionen and a joint networking dinner. Everything is included in the price.

If you wish to exhibit at CDID 2023 you can book a stand upon registration.
You can book a stand in the size 2x2 m (DKK 5000 + VAT). The price includes 1 poseur table, wi-fi, and power (230 Volt).
We kindly ask you to respect these measurements and not bring modules that exceed this limit. Please note that there is a limited amount of stands.
Payment policy
Tickets bought for CDID 2023 are non-refundable. Ticket fees, delivery fees, card fees and any costs incurred for postage will therefore not be refunded in case of your cancellation.
If you wish to send a colleague instead of yourself, this is possible.
