Danish Graphene, established in May 2020 by Prof. Kim Daasbjerg, Assoc. Prof. Steen Uttrup Pedersen, and Andreas Brunsgaard Laursen and originated from Aarhus University.

The company emerged from Andreas's thesis work, and its inception was marked by a distinctive technology focus on graphene's commercial potential. To overcome challenges and fuel development, Danish Graphene partnered with ICP Management for strategic investment. This collaboration set the stage for the company's journey into the world of graphene-enhanced solutions.

Specializing in the development and manufacture of advanced graphene materials for industrial applications, Danish Graphene excels in graphene manufacturing and material science. The company engineers integrated solutions, leveraging graphene's unique properties. Key focus areas include graphene production and integration, thermal interface materials, and battery materials. Notably, Danish Graphene's commitment to pioneering graphene-enhanced solutions is underscored by its admission to the ESA Business Incubation Centre, with the space sector being its core market.

Dual-use

Danish Graphene's inaugural commercial offering, GET AE 100, is a graphene-enhanced thermal adhesive optimizing thermal management in crucial electronics. This versatile dual-use product, with applications in space, defense, automotive, and consumer electronics, enhances the performance and lifespan of critical infrastructure. Recently, Danish Graphene launched the GET AE 100 test kit at Space Tech Expo in Bremen, receiving significant interest from the European space industry. The test kit showcased the performance enhancement possible in collaboration with a European satellite manufacturer.
