Gulfood 2025
Participate in the Middle East's leading and largest food exhibition! Gulfood Dubai is one of the world's most important and largest food fairs, where you can connect with the food industry in the Middle East as well as in Muslim countries in Africa and through Asia.
Gulfood in February 2024 demonstrated that the fair has returned to its classic form. There was a record number of visitors, and spots are in high demand with waiting lists for exhibitors. Gulfood remains the leading food exhibition in the MENA region for 2025.
In 2025, we will again be divided into three areas: World Food, Dairy, and Meat & Poultry. As mentioned, many are eager to exhibit, so sign up right away.
Gulfood is experiencing rapid growth and celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2020, making 2025 the 19th consecutive year of the event. Usually, the fair attracts over 100,000 visitors from 200 different countries, with 40% coming from the UAE and 60% from the rest of the world.
The exhibition space covers 1 million square meters and spans five days. Despite this, there are still long waiting lists for exhibitors.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Due to Gulfood's great success, the fair management decided some years ago to divide the exhibition into different sector areas. DI aims to create the best and most effective platform for Danish food companies by setting up Danish stands distributed across three halls covering Processed Foods, Meat, and Dairy.
More specifically:
- Meat: beef, poultry, halal, and controls
- World Food: organic products, processed foods, ingredients, and energy drinks
- Dairy: cheese, milk, yogurt, and ice cream
DWTC has decided to move the Confectionery section entirely out of Gulfood. No confectionery products are allowed to be displayed at Gulfood 2024 (either physically or within any stand or venue signage, branding, brochure, or graphics). Specifically excluded are:
Confectionery, sweets, bonbons, candies, caramels, drops, chewing gums, gums and jellies, licorice, marshmallows, nougat, pralines, toffee and truffles, cocoa, chocolate, and chocolate products.
WHY PARTICIPATE?
DI has managed the Danish stand for the past 18 years and will return to its usual spots again as the only high-profile Danish pavilion. If you wish to brand your company under the well-known Danish identity, register right away. In addition, export promotion funds have been approved, making participation in 2025 even more attractive. You will get the first 9 m² or 12 m² with 50% export promotion funds. After that, you can purchase extra space without subsidies.
In 2025, there will be a strong focus on themes such as organic products, food safety, ingredients, sustainable foods, best taste, and highest quality.
Pavilion Overview
An overview of the Danish Pavilion will be provided once we have all your registrations.
Drawings from the pavilion builder and practical details regarding setup, graphics, furniture, etc., will follow as well.
