AidEx 2024 – The World’s Leading Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief Event
Danish Industry and Trade Council of Denmark invite you to exhibit at the Danish Pavilion at AidEx 2024 – The World’s Leading Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief Event. AidEx is a crucial opportunity to show the aid and development community how your company can improve the efficiency and delivery of aid, or make a difference to those in need.
Each year more than 3,000 representatives of the humanitarian aid community from more than 90 countries attend the AidEx event to exchange ideas and browse the latest solutions from the private sector. For two days in October, the private sector, government officials, INGOs and NGOs will meet, network, and discuss in Geneva, Switzerland.
Yet again, AidEx will take place in Palexpo, Geneva, close to the headquarters of some of the largest humanitarian aid organisations in the world, such as International Red Cross, and several United Nation programmes, and funds. We expect a high level of attendance from these organisations as well as international NGOs, government officials, donors and foundations. The Danish Pavilion is a platform to meet relevant procurement officials and enhance the possibility of making beneficial connections.
The Danish pavilion will have a prominent position, close to/surrounding the main pathway through the exhibition that offers good exposure . Inside the pavilion, each company will have an individually designated space. The pavilion will also have a storage room with access to refreshments throughout the two days.
