Nordic UN Procurement Seminar 2023 – in Copenhagen

Join us for the 7th Nordic UN Procurement Seminar in November 2023. The seminar is a unique meeting place, offering Nordic companies from all types of industries and sectors, the opportunity to engage with UN procurement officers.
The 2023 Nordic Procurement Seminar is proudly hosted by the five Nordic countries in Copenhagen. It will provide an opportunity for UN buyers and vendors to meet in person with a selected numbers of UN agencies. They will deliver presentations of their agency and take part in the various workshops and panel debates. In 2023, companies joining will not get 1:1 meetings with Procurement Officers, but have the chance to attend 3 workshops with relevant Procurement Officers.
The seminar will allow companies to gain key insights into the mechanisms of UN procurement, meet procurement officers from the UN, and learn how other companies are succeeding in delivering products and solutions to the UN. Whether your company is already a supplier, or you are looking to discover how to become one, the two-day seminar will provide ample opportunities for you to obtain valuable knowledge of a vast, relevant, and important global market. Companies of all sizes are encouraged to participate.
The Nordic UN Procurement Seminar will cover a broad spectrum of topics hereunder energy solutions, waste, and water management, as well as products within life science among others. The seminar will also include panels on the general know-how needed to become a supplier.
Nordic companies have a strong foundation to be able to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions to the UN, assisting in complex operations and environment as well as contributing to progress and development in the host countries.

- Step 1: Register via DI’s webpage and accept payment of participation fee.
- Step 2: Register via UNGM / the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM)
- Step 3: Register your wishes for workshops etc. via DI (e-mail).

Prices are excl. VAT and based on a minimum of 50 participating companies, and your company being eligible for grants from The Trade Council of Denmark based on the rules of "de-minimis-subsidies" for export promotion activities.
