PLANT BASED WORLD EUROPE sets itself apart as a one-of-a-kind event. The National Pavilion is jointly organized by the Confederation of Danish Industry and Plantebranchen, with Food Nation serving as the Branding Partner. The Danish Pavilion receives 50% co-financing from Danish The Trade Council.

If you are a company offering products, solutions and/or ex-pertise to the plant-based industry, then you should join as an exhibitor.

For the different sizes, the prices are:

Shared Start-Up area with Plantebranchen: DKK XXXX
6 M2; DKK XXXX
9 M2: DKK XXXX
12M2: DKK XXXX

The price is based upon 10 participating companies and an expected approved 50 per cent funding from the Danish Trade Council. If the funding from the Trade Council is not approved and/or if the number of participating companies changes, we reserve the right to offer you participation at a different price. Should this result in a higher price than quoted, you have the right to cancel your participation free of charge.

By signing up you agree that you will participate physically at the event with a company representative or a local partner. After you have signed up you can cancel your participation free of charge up until the time of the deadline. After the deadline your registration is considered 100 per cent binding. If you cancel your participation after the deadline you will still be invoiced for the event but you will not be eligible to receive funding from the Trade Council. This means that the price for not participating is double the price for participating.
