Mia Jung Elmertoft, Leadership Coach and Head of Leadership Development, CSE

How do you lead yourself and others without burning out?

Being an entrepreneur is full of emotional challenges and new learnings the hard way. Taking the step to become a leader of a team can feel like an extra pressure to perform. Many founders are as ambitious about building culture as they are about building their business, but they lack the tools and experience in building the organization and team. The result is often emotional draining, extra work, and longer days. Mia Jung Elmertoft, leadership coach for founders, will pinpoint myths and misconceptions about surviving as a founder and leader and boil things down to the most common pitfalls and traps that founders fall into, leaving them burned out and losing perspective and what to do to get back on track when pressure increases, and more people are adding to the complexity.

A tribute to Denmark's new entrepreneurship agreement

Denmark must become a world-class entrepreneurial nation. The summer of 2024 will be remembered for a broad majority agreeing on a billion-dollar deal for Danish entrepreneurs. But what does the agreement change, and which specific initiatives markedly improve conditions? Head of SME and Entrepreneurship Policy, Sine Linderstrøm, takes a deep dive into the agreement and invites three business spokespersons on stage for a meet-and-greet to explain their impact on the agreement and how it kickstarts entrepreneurship in Denmark.
