WWF Denmark, Bain & Company and Confederation of Danish Industry, DI have joined forces to turn a crisis on its head.

On November 17, we gather prominent Chairmen, CEOs and ESG executives from Denmark’s largest and most influential companies and organizations for a conference dedicated to exploring the many business opportunities tied to the biodiversity crisis. H.R.H Crown Princess Mary will give the opening speech, followed by a strong line-up of keynote speakers, including Akanksha Khatri, Head of Nature & Biodiversity at World Economic Forum.

WWF Denmark and Bain & Company will share findings from their recent report, “Danish Businesses and the Biodiversity Crisis” which highlights why businesses need to act now to mitigate biodiversity loss and how adopting to nature-positive business models can help them reap significant and sustainable rewards – now and in the future.

WWF and Bain & Company’s new report examines Danish industry’s extensive dependency on nature and it’s resources – and the many opportunities it represents. According to the World Economic Forum, a more nature-positive business approach could generate business opportunities worth more than $10 trillion annually and create 395 million jobs by 2030.
