Value Creation from a board perspective. How to improve value creation across the Nordic region – what can we learn from each other? Our focus is on what market talent challenges that boards seeking success in the Nordic region should be aware of.

The program addresses major issues driving the need for navigating change and transformation on a Nordic / International level. What can we learn from the past couple of turbulent years and how do we as boards prepare ourselves for the next wave of dramatic changes? We will have a mix of keynote presentations, panel discussions and dialogues in smaller groups.
