K-Hospital Fair 2019

K-Hospital Fair is Korea’s leading B2B hospital and medical industry exhibition hosted by Korea Hospital Association. The fair represents the heart of the network of all hospital-based activities and has a strong focus on B2B and overseas buyer promotion.

For the first time ever, the Confederation of Danish Industry and the Royal Danish Embassy in Seoul invite companies to join the Danish Pavilion at K-Hospital Fair 2019.

After the Danish Royal visit to South Korea in May 2019, the Crown Prince Couple together with the Danish business community are expected to open doors and increase the attention towards Danish health solutions and products.

South Korea has grown to become the third largest economy in Asia. The medical market in Korea is worth $ 4.6 billion, and imports of medical devices have increased since 2011. In 2015, imports represented around 60 per cent of the total market. The Korean medical service industry is also experiencing a steady and continuing growth. This is first and foremost due to the increasing number of elderly people over 65. In 2016, they comprised 13.6 per cent of the Korean population, and this number is growing.

The K-Hospital Fair is organised by the Korean Hospital Association. This organisation has access to a network of 8,000 healthcare professionals and represents over 3,500 Korean hospitals.

The Danish Pavilion is a turnkey solution providing you with a platform to present your company and products as well as practical advantages in terms of your planning and participation in the exhibition.

Being part of a joint pavilion is a useful and cost-efficient way for your company to attract potential customers, explore networking possibilities and exchange knowledge with other exhibitors with similar interests in the Korean or Asian market.
